Lifetime Limited Warranty

WeatherTech Direct, LLC warrants that our products purchased directly from WeatherTech Direct, LLC or its authorized retailers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser, and only for the original vehicle in which they were installed. This warranty does not cover products that naturally wear out from normal use. Additional limitations and exclusions are set forth below, so please review this document in its entirety. 

We believe in true customer satisfaction. Our goal is to keep our customers happy for a lifetime and as such, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution to any issue you may have with our products. Our warranty consists of either replacing your product at no charge to you or offering an exact replacement at a discounted price. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Our decisions regarding warranty coverage are final.  

Coverage Details: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Wear due to severe abrasive conditions
• Chemical contamination (such as spilled gasoline or bleach)
• Vehicle accidents
• Misuse, abuse, incorrect installation or incorrect use
• Fire
• Commercial use
• AlloyCover Hard Tri-Fold Pickup Truck Bed Cover and Roll Up Truck Bed Cover (see details below)
• ComfortMat and ComfortMat Connect (see details below)

Returns and Refunds: If you require a refund or would like to return your WeatherTech product, please contact the place of purchase.

Unauthorized Resellers: If you purchased a WeatherTech product from an unauthorized reseller, you will need to contact them for any warranty claims. Unauthorized resellers may or may not honor our lifetime limited warranty. We strongly recommend purchasing directly from us or through an authorized WeatherTech reseller. Limitations on Implied Warranties: The duration of any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

Limitation of Liability: WeatherTech will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its products or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, even if WeatherTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or data.

State-Specific Rights: Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

ComfortMat Lifetime Limited Warranty

The following products are covered by a specific Lifetime Limited Warranty structure:

• ComfortMat
• ComfortMat Connect

These products are guaranteed to last a lifetime under normal use. If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered, the warranty provides:

• A one-time replacement, or
• A full refund

WeatherTech reserves the right to inspect the product prior to replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or abuse
• Punctures from sharp objects (including high heels)
• Damage from non-approved chemicals
• Commercial use

5-Year Warranty

The following products are covered by a 5-year warranty, per supplier agreement:

• Roll Up Pickup Truck Bed Cover

While these tonneau covers carry a 5-year warranty, we are committed to supporting our customers beyond that period. If an issue arises that would have been covered under the original warranty, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, even after the warranty has expired. 3-Year Warranty

The following products are covered by a 3-year warranty, per supplier agreement:

• AlloyCover Hard Tri-Fold Truck Bed Cover

While these tonneau covers carry a 3-year warranty, we are committed to supporting our customers beyond that period. If an issue arises that would have been covered under the original warranty, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, even after the warranty has expired.
