Receive Confirmation Email
Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup we will send you a confirmation email stating you can now pick your order up.

Pickup Your Order
Curbside pickup is located under the white tent that is in the parking lot next to the store (follow the signs). Orders are usually ready within 1 hour during business hours. Have your order number and ID available. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle. Someone will come out to assist you. Orders must be picked up within 4 days from the time your "ready for pickup" confirmation was received.

Pick up your order. In-store pickup is located inside at the pickup window to the right. Orders are usually ready within 1 hour during business hours. Have your order number and ID available. Orders must be picked up within 5 days from the time your "ready for pickup" confirmation was received.

Is it possible to modify or change my order after it has been placed?
Yes! After placing your order you will have up to 30 minutes to edit your order. You can change a shipping address, payment method, billing address, change product details, add additional products or even remove unwanted products. To edit your order, visit the Order Status page and enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. Click on the edit order button and follow the on-screen prompts to begin editing your order. Please Note: When you click "Yes, Edit Order" your payment will be voided and you must complete the checkout process in order to complete your edit.
How long does it take for my Curbside or In-Store Pickup Order to be ready?
Most Curbside or In-Store Pickup orders can be ready in 1 hour, however during peak business hours it might take a little longer.
What if I am not able to pick up my Curbside or In-Store Pickup Order within the allotted time period?
You order will be held at the Bolingbrook, IL store for 4 days and the Broomfield, CO store for 5 days. If you haven’t picked your order up by that point your order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order. If you are unable to pick up your order within the allotted time period, please email or call customer service and let us know when you’ll be able to make it and you will be granted a one-time two-day extension. If you’re not able to pick the order up for an extended period of time we will cancel the order, and you can place your order again when you’re available to pick it up.

Does WeatherTech extend its return policy for holiday purchases?
Yes! In the case of items purchased as gifts during the holiday season, we do extend our return policy from the standard 30 days, and all applicable details about refunds apply. You can purchase at any time before Christmas with the peace of mind that the person for whom you bought will have a stress-free return time frame.
