THE GO WILD WITH WEATHERTECH BIG GAME SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) IS VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AND LOCATED IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules (“Rules”).

SPONSOR:The Sweepstakes is sponsored by WeatherTech Direct, LLC, 1 MacNeil Court, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 (“Sponsor”).

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Sunday, February 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Monday, February 17, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).   Sponsor’s designated computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion entities directly involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and in-law and/or step relationships of the foregoing) and/or those living in the same household of any employee, officer or director of a Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: All entries must be submitted and received within the Sweepstakes Period to be valid and eligible for Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries are void.

There is one way to enter the Sweepstakes:

• During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the Go Wild with WeatherTech Big Game Sweepstakes entry form located at https://www.weathertech.com/go-wild-sweepstakes and providing their name and email address.

Limit: Only 1 entry per person. Any use or attempt to use multiple email or other accounts or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any like methods will be disqualified.

PRIZE: On or about the second business day after the Entry Period closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select five (5) entrants (who, subject to verification by Sponsor of compliance with these Rules will be deemed a “Grand Prize Winner”) to receive one (1) $2,000 WeatherTech gift card (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,000 (two thousand dollars) (the “Grand Prize”), fifty (50) entrants (who will be deemed a “Second Prize Winner”) to receive two (2) Go Wild With WeatherTech Big Game T-shirts (ARV $50), and one hundred fifty (150) entrants (who will be deemed the “Third Prize Winner”) to receive three (3) WeatherTech stickers (ARV $12). If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted except where required by law. Any additional expenses necessary to redeem a prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winners. A prize cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes and other expenses related to any prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Sponsor reserves the right to request from any entrant additional documentation it reasonably believes is necessary to validate any entry and/or to award any prize.

ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANTS: Sponsor will attempt to notify each entrant who has been selected in the drawing as a potential Grand Prize Winner at the phone number, email address, or physical address provided in the entry (at Sponsor’s election). To be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant will be required to sign and return to Sponsor within 48 hours of notification attempt, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (the “Affidavit”) or the applicable prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be determined. Following timely receipt of the Affidavit and confirmation by Sponsor of compliance with the Official Rules, a selected entrant will be confirmed a winner and will receive the applicable prize.

WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: A copy of these Rules and the results of each Sweepstakes may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to:

Indicate whether the request is seeking a copy of these Rules, the winners list of the Sweepstakes, or both. The results of each Sweepstakes will be available on or about thirty (30) days after the close of the Entry Period. One request per outer envelope submitted. Requests must be received by August 18, 2025.

RELEASE: BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS RELEASE THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATED BUSINESSES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS OF EACH (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CAUSES OF ACTION (HOWEVER NAMED OR DESCRIBED) FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT, ENJOYMENT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF A PRIZE. EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES: (I) SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, AND ARE HEREBY RELEASED FROM, ANY AND ALL COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH AND BODILY INJURY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR FROM ENTRANTS’ ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, AND (II) HAVE MADE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO SUCH PRIZE’S QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

PUBLICITY/MARKETING: Except where expressly prohibited by applicable law, entry in any Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent and winner’s acceptance of any prize constitute winner’s consent (in each case without limitation, including geographic limitation, or compensation to, as applicable entrant or winner) for Sponsor and any third party in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to use, for any lawful purpose, including, as applicable and without limitation, entrant’s or winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, video and image for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media (online or offline) without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration. Submission of contact information in connection with a Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number and/or email address during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes. Each entrant understands they are providing their personal information to Sponsor. All such personal information provided to Sponsor in connection with a Sweepstakes will only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.weathertech.com/service/privacy/.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of the foregoing, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the applicable prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in any Sweepstakes; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or any Sweepstakes; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of any Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in any Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if possible.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with any Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the applicable state or federal court in Chicago, Illinois; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with any Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
