1 egg
½ cup all-natural peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup oats
½ cup mashed banana (about 1 banana)

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  3. With your hands, knead until a dough ball forms, adding additional flour if the dough is sticky.
  4. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and flatten with your hand. Using a rolling pin, roll into a circle until dough is about ¾" thick, adding additional flour if the dough is sticky.
