Father & Son Team Up

What’s your favorite memory from your childhood?

For 4-year-old Reese, it will probably be starring in a commercial that aired during SB50 alongside his hero, his dad, Ryan.

We got to sit down with Ryan and ask him about the impact WeatherTech is making on him and how he hopes it will affect his son’s future as well as the future of our nation.

Q: Can you give us an introduction to your role here at WeatherTech?

Ryan: "I am the Director of Product Development. I oversee the design and manufacturing of the majority of our parts here at WeatherTech. The best part of my job is making the best automotive accessories in the world and, more importantly, they are manufactured right here in America."

Q: How has life changed for you since starting at WeatherTech?

Ryan: "Since I started at WeatherTech, my family has grown. I started a family when I first came here and as my family grows it’s really cool to see the scale of the company growing as well."

Q: How do you think working here is impacting your community?

Ryan: "Working here is not only impacting my family, it’s impacting everyone with the scope of what "Made in America" means for us. We’re very passionate about that here and that trickles down to every part we make and even every vendor we use that is made in America."

Q: What does "Made in America" mean to you?

Ryan: "Made in America means creating the highest quality products, using the best American workforce."

Finally, we asked the simple question on all of our minds:

Q: Reese, how many people do you think saw you on TV on Sunday?

Reese: (With certainty and no hesitation) "7."
