A Walk Through the WeatherTech Factory Store: What You Can Expect

The WeatherTech Factory Store is not your average factory store; it is an experience. When you walk through our doors, we want you to feel welcome. Our store is set up so that you can explore our products, see them in-person, and observe how they work. The WeatherTech team is available to answer your questions and help you select the automotive, home, or pet products that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. When you leave the WeatherTech Factory Store, we want you to feel excited about your new purchase AND your experience at our store.Our Factory Store is located at841 Remington Blvd.,Bolingbrook, IL 60440.

The WeatherTech Factory Store is pet-friendly. So feel free to bring your favorite four legged friend along with you on your shopping trip. Certain times of year you will find cool vehicles on display on the showroom floor too. During the holiday season, we encourage you to come and see our spectacular display of Christmas lights outside of our building. Installation services are available on site as well. If you would like your new products installed by a WeatherTech Professional, we have team members on staff who can install your products for you. Simply put in your request at checkout.

When You Visit

When you walk through our doors, you will be greeted by one of our esteemed team members. There is a red ticket machine at the front of the store. Please take a ticket as you enter. If you look up, you will see a digital number board that will let you know where you are in the queue.

During this time, we encourage you to explore the store. We have displays set up so that you can get a hands-on experience with our products. When your number is called, a WeatherTech team member will help you place your order and answer any of your questions. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a pager that will let you know when your order is ready to grab at the pickup window.

With your pager in hand, we encourage you to step over to our café. Our baristas will be happy to make you a fresh beverage. We offer a variety of hot and cold drinks complimentary to store visitors. Seasonal specialty drinks and fresh baked pastries are also available! Soon after, your pager will buzz and you can head to the pickup window to collect your order. You are all set! If you requested installation, one of our team members will head out to your vehicle to take care of it at this time.
