Curbside Pickup


Curbside Pickup Now Available at WeatherTech!

Step 1 - Place Your Order

  • Place your order, make sure to select Factory Store Curbside Pickup as your shipping method.
  • Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received during normal business hours.
  • An order confirmation will be sent once your order is placed.
  • Please wait to receive the email stating your order is ready for pickup before heading to the store for the best experience.

Step 2 - Receive Pickup Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup we will send you a confirmation email stating you can now pick your order up. Orders must be picked up within 48 hours from the time your pickup confirmation was received.

Curbside Pickup is available at Bolingbrook and Denver Locations:

Bolingbrook

Monday - Friday: 8:15 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. CT
Saturday: 8:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. CT
Sunday: 9:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. CT

Denver

Monday - Saturday: 9:15 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. MT
Sunday: 9:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. MT

Step 3 (Bolingbrook) - Pickup Your Order

  • Now that your order is ready, you can head to the Factory store.
  • Curbside pickup is located in the adjacent parking lot to the store under the white tent. There are signs that will direct you to the location.
  • Remember to have your order number, ID and method of payment available so we can confirm your order.
  • When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle. Someone will come out to assist you.

Step 3 (Denver) - Pickup Your Order

  • Now that your order is ready, you can head to the Factory store.
  • When you arrive at the store please head inside and go to our Pick-Up window to receive your item.
  • Remember to have your order number, ID and method of payment available so we can confirm your order.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When will my credit card be charged?
Charges are applied once we begin processing your order. If you haven't picked up your order after 48 hours, your items will be returned to store inventory and you will have to place a new order.

Is it safe?
At WeatherTech, we take safety seriously and use the best sanitary procedures possible. We ask that you stay in your vehicle during the pickup process. An associate will assist you.

What if I cannot pick up my order within 48 hours?
Please contact Customer Service at 800-441-6287, or email curbsidepickup@weathertech.com (Bolingbrook) - coloradocurbsidepickup@weathertech.com (Denver). Orders can be held for an additional 48 hours as a courtesy. If it is not picked up by the additional time allotted, the order will be returned and refunded. Refunds will be received within 1-3 business days, however, this may take longer during the holiday season.

Why can’t you hold my order longer than 48 hours?
Due to limited space, orders cannot be held longer than 48 hours. We recommend placing the order closer to when you would like to pick up, or to visit the Factory Store during normal business hours.

I can't make it to pick up the items, can you ship them instead?
Yes, we can ship your items if you are unable to pick them up once they are ready. Normal shipping rates will apply.

What if the items ordered are out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted either by phone or email. We will ship the entire order at no cost for shipping once the items are in stock.

I have to return or exchange an item, can I do this at Curbside Pickup?
Returns, exchanges and warranty issues all must be handled in the store. These requests cannot be accommodated at Curbside Pickup.

Can I change, add or delete an item from my order?
Orders are processed once received, so unfortunately, no changes can be made. A new order must be placed for additional items. If you no longer wish to have an item on an order already placed, a return must be done by phone, or at the Factory Store.

Can I purchase additional items at Curbside Pickup?
Limited quick grab items are available to purchase at Curbside Pickup. Items can only be purchased with a credit card or WeatherTech Gift card. Cash will not be accepted.

Can I have my items installed once I receive them?
Yes, installs are on a first come, first serve basis, and installation is sometime weather permitting. These services cannot be purchased at Curbside Pickup, as you must go into the store.

Can I install my own items when I pick them up at Curbside?
Yes, however, we just ask that you pull out of the Curbside line and park in a parking spot.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Once the return/cancellation is processed, a refund will be received within 1-3 business days. This process may take longer during the holiday season.
